The seller was never giving updates, and he kept on making excuses for the delay (such as a printer breakdown, electricity problems, delays from the printer). After repeated follow ups, he even told me that he had forgotten my order and will get it done asap. After another few weeks, I was told that the book had come and would be delivered to me on the same day—unfortunately, that did not happen. Even after that, delivery is still getting postponed, and now he either doesn’t pickup my call or responds again making the same excuses. He is not ready to refund too after asking for it and says to wait just few more days. This whole experience has been very frustrating and shows the seller’s poor communication and lack of accountability. I am still waiting either for the book or a refund. Please beware of this seller!!"
